A set of new buildings offered spacious apartments with basic but functional furniture and well-equipped kitchens. The rooms featured soundproof windows, bath tubs with strong water pressure, and included amenities such as tea, coffee, bottled water, and toiletries. Reception provided keys and electronic chips for secure access. Free parking was available behind a barrier on the nicely maintained grounds. A bus station nearby connected to the city center within minutes.
