The apartment was clean, fully equipped with a kitchen and had heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen. The location was close to the metro and tram stops, which made it easy to get anywhere in the city. The windows faced an internal yard that made the apartment quiet despite being near Niepodleglosti boulevard.
