The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, located in a classic Soviet-era residential block just 10 minutes from the city center. The building featured a bunker-style corridor at the entrance. Paid car parking was available directly in front of the apartment. Public transportation and important sightseeing spots were only a few minutes away.
