Parking podziemny był dużym plusem, a mieszkanie było nowe, czyste i w pełni wyposażone z pralką, zmywarką, ekspresem do kawy oraz dużą łazienką. W mieszkaniu były też podstawowe środki jak proszek do prania i papier kuchenny, a supermarket Lidl znajdował się w budynku. Lokalizacja była wygodna z dobrym połączeniem tramwajów i autobusów do centrum Warszawy.
